Allison extends exceptional service to her clients guided by experience both as an analyst in real estate investment banking for Goldman, Sachs & Co. and as a residential interior designer. Working with Allison was a pleasure, start to finish. We moved to Scarsdale from across the country, and she educated us on towns in Westchester, showing us homes in several towns. She very quickly keyed in on our taste and preferences and showed us homes that were real options for us. She has an excellent sense of space and design and recommended changes to homes to make them more what we were looking for - when we could not envision renovations. She also has a keen sense of the market and what homes will ultimately trade for. When we finally found a house we liked, Allison did an excellent job negotiating for us, and managed everything straight through to closing for us because we were not in town. I cannot recommend working with Allison highly enough. I wish I could do it all over again!
Edgemont
We had a very short timeline to find and close on a house. Allison took out all the time needed to see various houses, revisit our shortlist, and then successfully negotiate and close on our dream home. As first time home buyers we had lots of questions that she would entertain at any time of the day (or night). Allison also helped us get familiar with the area and continues to help us settle in. She has great local insight and market knowledge. She is honest, warm, and wonderful to work with. We would definitely recommend her (and hope to work with her again).

We have worked with Allison twice over the last 2 years. The first time she helped us find a new home, and the second was when she sold the same house for us. Allison is a very easy person to work with and never gave up on us when we were searching for a house. She was always looking out for our best interest. We have moved 10 times over the last 30 years. We have met and worked with many (to many) realtors. Allison is someone we would use again if we could!

Allison was a fantastic broker for us. She helped us sell our home and buy a new home. She listened and was very attentive to our likes and dislikes. She never tried to push or influence our decision making. When it came time to contract execution, closing permits, submitting bids, countering offers, and pushing all items required for closing she was on-top of it 110%. She did not miss a beat and pushed the whole process along in an expeditious manner. Once we moved in, she gave us a good list of AAA home improvement contractors which has been very helpful.
